Stopped in for lunch and the staff were super nice, even tho it was busy. They still checked on my order and were smiling the whole time, which I appreciated. The food was good too, I just had to wait a little longer than I thought I would. Still a solid 4 stars from me.

I ordered smashburger for delivery last night, and in my opinion, it was good overall. The burger still showed up warm, and the fries weren’t too soggy, which I always count as a win with delivery. I’m giving it 4 stars because it arrived about 15 minutes later than the app estimated, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The food tasted good, and everything was packed nicely.

I really like how simple it is to swap toppings around and just make the burger exactly the way I’m craving it that day, like no fuss or weird hassle, which I appreciate. I’ve ordered a few times and haven’t had any issues, it’s just been easy and straightforward every time.

Had Smashburger yesterday and it was actually really good. Everything tasted super fresh — the lettuce was crisp, the tomatoes weren’t watery, and the bun was soft without getting soggy. The burger came out hot, and the veggies actually made it feel a little less heavy. It’s a simple thing, but you can definitely tell when the ingredients haven’t just been sitting around all day. I’d definitely order it again.

I ordered from Smashburger and the burger was okay, nothing amazing but still decent, but the fries and sides were disappointing because the fries showed up kind of cold and soggy and not crispy at all, plus they barely tasted seasoned. The tots were a little better, but still just average, and the portion felt a bit small for what I paid, so maybe it was just this one order, but I probably wouldn’t get the sides again

Ordered from Smashburger.com and, honestly... everything showed up exactly how I picked it. No fries were missing, the sauces were all there, and the burgers actually had the right toppings, which is usually where places mess things up. The delivery bag was packed fine too. Happy with it since it was a bigger order for my family and nobody had to trade food around

I’ve been ordering from smashburger for a while now, it’s been one of the few places that hasn’t let me down. Usually when I get fast food, something is cold, missing, or just not what I expected, so I’m always kind of bracing myself for disappointment. But with smashburger, the burgers are hot, the fries are usually fresh, and my order is actually right. There was one time my order took a little longer than expected, which of course happened when I was already hungry and annoyed, but even then the food still came out good. I also like that it tastes pretty much the same at different locations, because that’s definitely not something I can count on everywhere. Not much else to say. For once, I feel like I’m getting what I paid for. Easy 5 stars from me.
